The streets of Zurich felt at least 20000 feet strong on the 18th of March. Women and men peacefully marched along in protest for the rights, dignity and freedom of women. The skies were crying too along with chants of, “My Body, My Rights”.

The Women’s March in Zurich was a ‘Sister March’ of the Women’s March held in Washington on 21 January. It is rumored that the march was organised by two young teenage Swiss girls.

The march lasted for three hours and ended up with a concert by the Zurich Lake. Here are a few pictures from the event!
